Riley Kriebel founded Grounded Landworks, Inc. in 2020 and currently serves as its sole owner-operator. He has made a living stewarding land in Santa Barbara since 2008 and finds great joy in sharing his creative passion for nature with others. He has worked with local governmental agencies in ecological restoration and land management (City of Santa Barbara Creeks Division, CA State Parks), with local non-profit organizations (SB Botanic Garden, South Coast Habitat Restoration, Channel Islands Restoration), in nursery management and production (SB Natives), and co-owned a CA cooperative landscape contracting company. Riley has coupled these experiences with certifications and coursework in permaculture and agroecology that enable him to provide unique, one of a kind services to Client. Riley is adept at pulling from the best of what his vocational and educational experiences have taught him and the pattern recognition he has learned from nature to provide clients with a dynamic solution to their problems that is functional, beautiful and will last for generations to come.
